Lake Tahoe's Lakefront and Luxury Market Report
The Lake Tahoe and Truckee luxury market has enjoyed a steady increase in sales activity. The median price of sold homes is $1.5 million, while the median price of active inventory is $1.7 million. Sellers are also enjoying strong list to sale price figures, where homes are selling at 97% of list price.
Sales in North Lake Tahoe and Truckee remained strong in August 2018 showing a total dollar volume of sales activity at $891 million for the month. While 2017 also showed a strong growth in sales of properties over $1 million, 2018 actually was higher. We expect to show sales of over $1 billion for 2018 and much of the growth in this sales volume is because of the sale of homes over $3 million.

This invitation only venue showcased homes ranging in price from $17.9 million on the West Shore to a $1.9 million beachfront property on the South Shore at Clear Creek Tahoe.
